Ludovico Andrea D’Auria is a visual artist and photographer
based in Rome.
His practice moves between visual research, social
inquiry and storytelling, working across photography,
moving image and publishing.
He holds a degree in Graphic Design and pursued
further studies in photography, moving image and
theatre practices between London and Berlin.
Having lived and worked between Berlin, London
and Rome over the past fifteen years, he has worked
as a graphic designer, photographer and curator,
exhibiting in solo and group exhibitions and organising
independent exhibitions and cultural projects
across Berlin, Paris and Rome. Alongside his artistic
practice, he has collaborated as an editorial, documentary
and fashion photographer with international
magazines and publications.
In recent years, he founded Drappo Culture, an
independent arts and cultural platform focusing
on publishing, contemporary art and moving image
practices, and is currently part of the artist-run
space POST EX in Rome.
